Fort Morgan Cay is a private island in the Western Caribbean. Over the course of two years, a renovation and operation concept was developed and implemented, including utilities and infrastructure, erosion control, architecture, interior design, marketing and hospitality product development.

Measuring about 12 hectares, Fort Morgan Cay is located off-grid, in between Port Royal National Park and the Roatan Marine Wildlife Reserve. It solely relies on its own renewable energy supply and rain water collection. It has reopened as a vacation destination in the beginning of 2017.
